We hope you love your new clothes, but in the event that they don’t work out our return policy lasts 14 days from the day of shipment. We offer in-store credit for items that are unused and in the same condition you received it in. We are happy to offer an exchange if we have the item you want in stock. Exchanges must also be made within 14 days from the day of shipment.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at email@example.com to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Mail your item 1695east skyline dr, south Ogden Ut.84405 The package must contain the item you purchased, your receipt or proof of purchase, as well as your RMA written on the outside of the package. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns or exchanges. We will incur the cost to ship your new item back to you on exchanges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. If your return is approved, then you will receive an email including your store credit code. Any item that is returned with a foul odor will not be accepted. Please be aware that homes where someone smokes, uses essential oils, or heavy spices may affect the smell of clothing and is not suitable for us to resale. Please note that original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Chic Style is not responsible for packages lost or sent to an incorrect address due to customer error. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct mailing address. Please review your mailing address before you purchase, as we are unable to change your mailing address after your order has been placed.
Sales are not retroactive. If you pay full price for an item and it goes on sale shortly thereafter, Chic Style will not issue a refund for the difference.
